We want every homeowner who reaches Marionaval Heating & Air to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page explains how to file a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
You are welcome to write to us about:
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one answers for its own estimates, pricing, equipment, warranties, work and customer service. If you are unhappy with work done in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.
Please still let us know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of what we expect may be removed from it. Keep in mind that Marionaval Heating & Air cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, issue refunds for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may include speaking with the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with HVAC contractors, your state's contractor or mechanical licensing board may be able to help too.
